Dự án Vlasta Sầm Sơn là dự án tổ hợp du lịch nghỉ dưỡng kết hợp đô thị biển cao cấp được Văn Phú Invest đầu tư xây dựng phát triển trong năm qua tại TP. Sầm Sơn, Thanh Hóa. Dự án được xây dựng với quy mô lên đến 25,59ha, bao gồm 595 sản phẩm biệt thự, nhà vườn, shophouse và khách sạn đẳng cấp.

Trải qua nhiều ngày tháng xây dựng, đến thời điểm hiện tại, công trường dự án KĐT Vlasta Sầm Sơn đã đi vào giai đoạn hoàn thiện. Nhìn chung, khu đô thị đã toát lên được dáng vẻ mà chủ đầu tư hướng đến.
Nhiều dãy biệt thự, shophouse đã hoàn thiện xây dựng phần thô. Nhiều căn đang được triển khai sơn tường cũng như hoàn thiện các hạng mục đi kèm như lắp đặt cửa, lát gạch. Bên dạnh đó, một số khu vực khác, đội ngũ công nhân cũng đang triển khai xây dựng phần thô để có thể kịp tiến độ và bàn giao đến cho khách hàng theo đúng dự kiến trước đó.
Về hạ tầng cơ sở, nhìn chung đã được xây dựng, lắp đặt khá đầy đủ và hoàn thiện, góp phần mang lại màu sắc cũng như sức sống cho khu đô thị Văn Phú Sầm Sơn.
Với đội ngũ lãnh đạo giàu kinh nghiệm, đội ngũ kiến trúc sư có chuyên môn cao cùng tinh thần làm việc nghiệm túc, dự án Vlasta Văn Phú Thanh Hóa đã và đang cho thấy sự uy tín cũng như năng lực của mình so với các dự án khác cùng thời điểm.
