  • Giấy phép xây dựng
  • Phê duyệt quy hoạch 1:500
  • Chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư
  • Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất (hiện tại chủ đầu tư đã có, song để cấp cho khách hàng thì sau khi dự án được xây dựng và nghiệm thu xong)
  • Bảo lãnh của ngân hàng: Vietinbank và Vietcombank.
  • Hợp đồng mua bán.
  • …

Đây cũng là những giấy tờ cơ bản cần có của một dự án bất động sản hình thành trong tương lai. Và tất cả giấy tờ này đều đã được chủ đầu tư Lumi Hanoi hoàn tất đầy đủ trước khi tiến hành khởi công dự án.

Nghĩa là thời điểm dự án Lumi chưa chính thức mở bán, chưa thành “hình” và có các lùm xùm về pháp lý. Nếu “xuống tiền” vào thời điểm này người mua sẽ nhận được những đặc quyền mà những người mua sau không có, đó là:
